On your home page, click the tile VPG Premium. Here you will be able to manage your premium service.
Q. How do I get a coupon?
Keep on the lookout on our social media accounts. Participate in contests for free coupons. Make sure you follow all accounts and groups for the best chance at a coupon!
Q. How can a team be premium?
A team simply needs one member to be premium to be premium. No extra costs.
Q. Are payments secure?
Of course, our site is 100% secure. As the only Pro Clubs site using SSL, all transmissions are fully encrypted. Furthermore, we do not store any credit card information, just simply charge the card.
You also opt to use Apple Pay on iOS 10+ and macOS Sierra. There's nothing extra you need to do, the Apple Pay button will automatically show if you are eligible. Make sure you have a card set up in Apple Pay.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, we don't offer refunds. However, you can choose to cancel at any time and your card will no longer be charged.
Q. Do I get kicked off premium once I've cancelled?
Of course not. If you pay for a full month, you get a full month of service. You will continue to enjoy full premium benefits on a 'grace period'. You can choose to resume Premium service at any time in this period with no interruption to service. After this period, you must reenter payment information.
Q. I can't get access to a premium feature. What do I do?
Contact an admin for your league immediately. They will be able to direct you to the right person to resolve your issue.
